I love your teachings but do you think you could have a tutorial on a diamond ridge hat having a hard time with trying to read a pattern I got off internet...I would appreciate this very much, if you could do in future for you are an excellent teacher, and I have no problem following your videos... thanks again Cynthia cynthiajmitchell@gmail.com
I just used this stitch this weekend and made a darling little purse in aran colored thread. I started a "goldfish" using a variegated yellow-orange thread. Thanks for sharing this!
That was a really good post. It encouraged me to want to learn this stitch. There is another good blog on the same topic that I was reading a while ago.
Have to say that this is one of the most original stitches that I've seen in a while - and for that I am grateful! Love the look and have about 10" done so far! I can see this stitch being used in a number of different items. Thanks again, Teresa, for sharing with the rest of us!
Teresa you are great!!! i`m so happy i found you! i`ve made some of your projects and i had no ideea of crocheting before meeting you. i just have one problem and you are my only hope... i am pregnant and i want to crochet for my baby girl a blankett...i found a picture of a blankett(that i just love so much) but i can`t find anything about how to make it and i was wondering if you could help me if you will see the picture. thank you very much! love your work!!!
This has to be the best tutorial on the crocodile stitch. I think I can do it now. Thank you so much! I thought I found the instruction, but, now I can not find them. We are a group that want to try it as a group project. Thanks
I have watched and read so many instructions on this stitch and never could get the hang of it You are great so easy to follow and I can now do this beautiful stitch. Thank you
This is truly amazing. I am 75 years old and taught myself to crochet when I was 12 and to knit when I was 18. I have knitted the crocodile stitch, but have been wanting to learn the crochet version. I did a crochet-a-long with you and you made it so easy. I have a free dishcloth/scrubber pattern, just written, and the turn 180 degrees this way and that way just confused me. Thank you so much!
Great unique instructional!
ReplyDeletewow, looks amazing, going to try and make a bag out of that stitch! just wondering if the instructions are written down anywhere?
ReplyDeleteThank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!
ReplyDeleteI have been seeing this stitch all over etsy--and have been dieing to learn it. Now off to practice.
Will this come as a written pattern as well? Looking forward to it if so. :) Great work..
